A Learning Mindset – Golf Attitude Hack
If you think about your performance from a learning perspective you will never really be disappointed when you strike it badly. You will be interested in why it didn’t go your way instead.
This will take tension out of your routine and put your in a better mind space.
Accepting Misses = Golf Attitude Improvement
You will miss loads in golf. Basically 8/10 shots will be, if you are consistent, some small miss. The trick is to accept them and if the misses are in the “big miss category” you have a dysfunctional swing technique.
No matter how good you are. You will miss. Accept it and enjoy the game for what it is.
