Long Journey Swing Arc – Harmonic Golf Swing

The old-school swings where utilizing the swing arc actively all the way in their motion. This is a very long journey swing arc usage.

Arnold Palmer would be the more extreme representation that was so intense that he added another arc after this finished first arc. Tiger Woods often had a kick back which is also a result of intense arc usage.

A Different Relationship to PowerSwing Arc Usage

Since you distribute the power earlier and longer it becomes more harmonic than a short more punctual action in the modern swing. It becomes more effortless. You can read more about power here if you wish.

The Engine can be the Swing ArcOpening up for a Easier Golf Swing

When you are intentionally using the swing arc (through training two driving intentions) your body actually becomes quite reactive (for most golfers, 9/10 in my experience). Most of the rotation becomes automatic and you can start playing a much more abstract game.

Long story short, identifying the Swing Arc as the Engine, makes you play more and train less. At least in my experience from developing the FMM Swing System. This is the outcome after studying, practicing, teaching and experimenting with golf swing styles the least ten years.
