Let the Club do the Work! How to accomplish Smoothness

I teach a motion where the golf club does the work for you. Where you don’t need to hit the gym every other day, but can still enjoy a smooth, powerful golf swing.

It has to be simple, easy on the body, and as free from injury risk as possible.

The key? Staying in control of the balance between centrifugal and centripetal force. What the heck do I mean? Well, if you allow centrifugal force outlet in the downswing you actually make the momentum of the club drive your hands and your body along for the ride. But it doesn’t stop there.

If you perform a centripetal follow through move you complete the journey and harness even more centrifugal force. Cool right?

It’s all tied to our intentions in how we move the club, arms and hands. Do this right and you will propel your entire body to move.

Old saying’s like swing the clubhead and such hold a lot of merit but leave too many questions. I’ve figured out some of it in the FMM Project.

The FMM Project – the swing style that I teach – has it’s overview page here.
