Natural Golf Swing Movement – Paves the Way for an Effortless Feel

At first glance, my golf swing may look centered, but my real focus is on natural golf swing movement, almost like dancing on my feet. The momentum and pressure created by my intentions cause a dynamic weight shift, yet the swing still appears relatively centered.

Trying to stay centered = stiffness?

When I try to stay too intentionally centered, my body tends to freeze up, restricting movement. That’s why I prefer the tension-free, effortless flow of allowing natural movement to guide the swing. When Nicklaus was taught his swing the feet was a big part of it. Dancing around on them became a huge part of his ability to present such a tension free body.

The key is to find what fits you. I have friends that look stiffer than most but still shoot under par. What you do needs to match who you are. I never wish to feel controlled or restricted so I prefer the effortless feel to achieve a sense of control. For other golfers it might be the opposite.

The FMM Swing – Natural Movement like a Red Thread

My swing system, developed after 10 years of research in what the old greats did, is the adaptation of how you can act completely natural in your motion and utilize the swing arc as your engine trained through two specific driving intentions. It fits you that like the natural feel and don’t mind moving around a bit (even though it looks centered).
