Swing Arc Power – The key to simpler golf?

You don’t need to manipulate the golf swing. By relying on swing arc power, you can bypass many difficult and unnecessary moves.

You’ve likely figured out that some areas of the swing are easier to be “brain active” in than others. Personally the transition phase of the swing (p4-p5) is one of the hardest parts to “act in”. I really dislike difficult transition move since I have a hard time executing them consistenly.

Swing Arc Usage = Almost Transition Free

If you actually use your swing arc as your engine (check out this post if you wish) your downswing will create the width that is needed to basically avoid any “shallowing need transition move”. This avoidance of complexity makes me enjoy golf much more.

Another benefit? You actually become much more effortless because the whole power journey becomes longer and less punctual (check out this post).

The FMM swing system, that I teach, focuses on driving intentions within the swing arc, creating a simpler and more fluid motion—a refined, time-tested solution to golf. Legends like Ben Hogan, Sam Snead, Peter Thomson, Jack Nicklaus, and Tom Watson optimized their swing arcs to perfection.
